What to expect in a session

Sessions are typically 45 minutes long, shorter if working with children or animals. This includes a breath alignment and opening connection before the light transmission begins.Each person responds differently to the frequencies that flow through from the Oversoul and other Sacred Beings of Light I channel. There is no right or wrong way to be; simply Relax, Surrender, and Receive. Your breath will guide the rest.Allow 90 minutes total for integration afterwards.
